Gunnar Cyrén was a Swedish glassmaker and industrial designer. His Nobel series was designed for the 90th anniversary of the Nobel Prize. Since 1991, these champagne glasses have been used for the Nobel Prize’s banquet ceremony. They were used in the Voyager episode, “Timeless,” as glassware for Captain Janeway’s dinner with Chakotay.
