Atomic Galaxy by C. Jeré

1982

C. Jeré is an American metalworking company founded by Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels, with the goal of creating “gallery-quality art for the masses. This Atomic Galaxy is the second C. Jeré piece with this name, the first being designed in 1965. It was used in The Next Generation episodes, “The Offspring,” “In Theory,” and “Darmok,” in Data’s quarters. According to Memory Alpha, “This [“Darmok”] is also the first appearance of Data's redesigned quarters. The previous set used for Data's room was modified to serve as Kirk and Spock's quarters in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country and was demolished after filming was complete.”
