Paolo Parigi is an Italian industrial designer, best known for his postmodern office seating and drafting tables for Heron Parigi. His Canasta Swivel Chair was used in both parts of the DS9 two-part episode, “Past Tense,” in Chris Brynner’s 21st century San Francisco apartment.
