Philippe Starck is a prolific French architect, vehicular designer, and industrial designer, whose work has been used across Trek series. His Costes chair was used in several Deep Space Nine episodes, in the station’s crew and guest apartment, and the Voyager episode, “Ex Post Facto,” in Tolen Ren’s office on the Banea homeworld.
