Philippe Starck is a prolific French architect, vehicular designer, and industrial designer, whose work has been used across Trek series. His Sarapis stools were produced in two heights. The lower chairs were used in the Deep Space Nine episode, “The Siege,” in the Lunar V base on Jerrado. Both models were used in the Voyager episode, “Alliances,” in the conference room on Sobras. There also appear to be several Von Vogelsang chairs in the latter scene, also designed by Starck.
