Charles Rennie Mackintosh was a Scottish architect and designer, best known for his influence on the Art Nouveau movement. His work was inspired by Celtic Revival, the Arts and Crafts Movement, and Japonisme. His Willow Chair was designed for the Willow Tea Room in Glasgow. It was used in the TNG episodes, “Code of Honor” as set dressing for the Centerplace on Ligon II, and “The Hunted",” as set dressing for the government building on Angosia III; and in Enterprise, as seating for Tarquin’s dining room.
