Charles Hollis Jones is an American furniture designer, best known for his work in glass and lucite. These coffee tables, which appear in several crew quarters in The Next Generation, feature distinctive chrome and lucite bases. The glass surfaces are detachable, and we see that set designers added a square pane to the one in the Enterprise-D’s corridor.
