Carsten Jorgensen is a Danish industrial designer, best known in the design community as the former director of Bodum for over 25 years. He’s better known to Trekkies as the designer of the “Picard Cup,” of Bodum’s Bistro line. This dip bowl for Bodum was used in The Next Generation episodes, “First Contact, “ in the Sikla Medical Facility on Malcor III, and “The Game,” for Deanna Troi’s chocolate sundae in Ten Forward.
