Hank Adams is an American artist and glassmaker, and the chief designer for Blenko glassware from 1988 until 1994. His 8904 vase, sometimes called the “Puzzle Vase,” remained in production until 1995. Several are visible on a table in the reception hall of the Arkaria Base, in The Next Generation episode, “Starship Mine.”
