Model 248 Chair by Clement Meadmore

Clement Meadmore was an Australian, and later American, sculptor and furniture designer. The Model 248′s leather seat is meant to stretch when sat upon, allowing the user to rest their arms along the steel edges of the seat. It was used in The Original Series episode, “Metamorphosis,” in Zephram Cochrane’s house on Gamma Canaris N.
