Ribbon Chair by Steve Leonard for Brayton International

Stever Leonard was a mid century industrial designer, known for his work for Brayton International. His Ribbon Chairs appear in several Star Trek series. The shape and soft upholstery are evocative of Pierre Paulin’s designs, which were also used prominently in Trek. Those used in The Next Generation appear to be suede or microsuede, while leather versions of the Ribbon Chair were used on Voyager and Enterprise.
