Jorge Pensi is an Argentinian-born Spanish industrial designer. His Pensi table is produced in several variations. The height and diameter of the tables used Star Trek in relation to the characters standing behind them, leads me to believe that these are the 27” Round version. It was used in the Deep Space Nine episode, “Shadowplay,” in the Yaderan settlement, and the Voyager episode, “Life Line,” in Dr. Louis Zimmerman’s lab on Jupiter Station.
