This tea set has appeared in several episodes of The Next Generation, usually for Captain Picard and Beverly Crusher’s breakfast scenes, though the Design II also makes an appearance in the Enterprise-D’s Observation Lounge, before and during Picard’s meeting with Admiral Nechayev in the episode, “Journey’s End".” The unique design allows for the cups to nestle into the pot, warming them before the tea is served.
