Aldo Rossi was an Italian architect, designer, and a pioneer of postmodern design. His Il Conico tea kettle was designed for luxury homeware company, Alessi. It was used in The Next Generation episode, “Up the Long Ladder,” as set dressing for the office of the Mariposan prime minister.
