Aldo Rossi was an Italian architect, designer, and a pioneer of postmodern design. His La Conica espresso maker was designed for luxury houseware company, Alessi. It was used in The Next Generation episode, “Manhunt,” as set dressing for Lwaxana Troi’s guest quarters on The Enterprise-D.
